Sprint Planning (every 2 weeks)¶
- Input = change proposals with evidence and passing
openspec validate. - Plan capacity including testing time (click-test + unit tests).
- Definition of Ready = evidence source + approved spec + clear DoD.
Daily Standup¶
- Same format (yesterday/today/blockers).
- Blocker without evidence (missing recording/e-mail) goes back to intake.
Review / Demo¶
- Demo each story against the specification.
- Attach click-test report + links to PHPStan/lint/tests.
Retrospective¶
Track adherence to:
- Evidence-first rules
- Click-test coverage
- Quality gates (PHPStan, tests, lint)
