Discounts & Terms¶
Our discount policy is designed to incentivize long-term partnership and larger volumes while maintaining healthy margins for sustainable support.
1. Volume Discounts on Modules¶
We offer discounts on package list prices when purchasing multiple modules simultaneously.

2. Prepaid Hours (Retainers)¶
For clients requiring long-term development or support, we offer preferential rates for prepaid blocks.

| 200 - 399 hours | 5% off T&M and add-ons |
| 400+ hours | 8% off T&M and add-ons |
3. Special Discounts¶

| Loyalty / Expansion | 5% | Purchasing a new module within 12 months. |
| Nonprofit / Edu | 10% | Organization status verification required. |
| Early Payment | 3% | Invoice payment within 10 days. |
4. Discount Rules¶
- Maximum Combined Discount: Total discount must not exceed 12%.
- Requirement for Discount > 5%: We require a "Give-get":
- Case Study rights.
- Reference calls with potential clients.
- Upfront payment.
- Multi-year support contract.
- Exclusions: We never discount hourly rates for small volumes. Discounts apply to packages and add-ons.
