Workplace¶
The Workplace module (WorkPlace) represents the location where work is performed (e.g., "Welding Shop", "Assembly Table 1").
Capacity and Planning¶
A workplace can have defined capacity (how many hours a day it is available). The planning module (if active) uses this data to schedule production orders.
Rates¶
An hourly cost rate is linked to the workplace. This is used to calculate labor costs in the production order.
