Production Order¶
The Production Order module (ProductionOrder) is an order to manufacture a specific quantity of a product by a certain deadline.
Lifecycle¶
- Draft: Production planning, material availability check.
- Planned: Order is queued.
- In Progress: Production started (first operation began).
- Done: All operations finished, product stocked.
Material Reservation¶
When status changes to Planned or In Progress, the system reserves necessary material in the warehouse so it's not used for other orders.
