- Production Model defines what materials and operations are needed to manufacture a product (BOM)
- Production Order is a specific request to manufacture a certain quantity
- Material is automatically reserved from warehouse
- Work is recorded during manufacturing
- Finished product is received into warehouse

Quick Start
Creating a Production Order
- Navigate to Production → Production Orders
- Click Create
- Select Product (production model loads automatically)
- Enter Planned Quantity
- Set Date (gate system)
- Save
Starting Production
- Open order in Planned status
- Check material availability
- Change status to Ongoing
- Material is automatically reserved
Recording Work
- In the order, go to Work Performed
- Create a new record
- Select Operation and enter Quantity
- Save
