Video Recording Module

The Video Recording module introduces the VideoRecording entity to the system, which serves for centralized tracking of video files, meeting recordings, and their metadata.

Key Features

  • Recording Registry: Storage of video files or links to external storage.
  • Metadata: Fields for transcription and content summary.
  • Relations: Linking with key entities (Meeting, Account, Project, Task).

Usage

The module primarily serves as a data container for other modules (e.g., BigBlueButton integration, AI transcription tools), which can automatically save outputs into it. Records can also be created manually (e.g., by uploading an MP4 file from a meeting).
