SmartEmailing Module¶
The SmartEmailing module ensures two-way integration between the CRM and SmartEmailing.cz service. It enables synchronization of contacts, lists, and subscription statuses.
Key Features¶
- Contact Sync (CRM -> SE): Automatic pushing of contact changes to SmartEmailing.
- List Sync (SE -> CRM): Downloading contact lists and statuses (subscribed/unsubscribed).
- Custom Fields: Ability to map and synchronize custom fields.
- Unsubscribe Management: Respects user unsubscription.
