This section is currently under construction. Configuration of approval processes is usually done within the settings of individual entities (Entity Manager) or using BPM (Business Process Management).

Settings Overview

Approvals can be configured at several levels:

  1. Simple Approval - setting the approver directly on the entity.
  2. Workflow (BPM) - definition of complex diagrams and conditions in the BPM tool.
  3. Team Structure - definition of roles and supervisors for automatic routing.
  • Entity Manager - enabling approval for custom entities
  • Users and Teams - setting up hierarchy
