Approval Module Usage

User guide for working with the approval system. The Approval module ensures control and authorization of important company records, such as expenses, invoices, contracts, or vacations.


Purpose and Scope

This documentation covers the approval process from the perspective of both the requester and the approver:

  • Basic Workflow - how to submit a request and how to approve it
  • Multi-level Approval - understanding complex processes

  • Requester - the person who creates the record and requests approval.
  • Approver - the person (or group) who has the authority to approve or reject.
