Pohoda Integration

The Pohoda Integration module connects the CRM system with the accounting software Stormware POHODA. It ensures automatic transfer of documents (invoices, orders, quotes) and the address book between both systems, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

Key Features

  • Address Book Synchronization: Two-way transfer of Accounts and Contacts.
  • Document Export: Automatic export of invoices, proforma invoices, quotes, and orders from CRM to Pohoda.
  • Status Import: Update of document statuses in CRM based on data from Pohoda (e.g., paid, posted).
  • Multi-Entity Support: Ability to connect to multiple Tax IDs/accounting units within a single Pohoda installation.
  • XML Communication: Uses standard mServer or data communication via XML.

  • Accounts: Address book synchronization.
  • Invoices: Issued invoices.
  • Quotes: Issued quotes.
  • Orders: Sales orders.
  • Proforma Invoices: Advance invoices (depending on configuration).

Requirements

  • Installed and running Pohoda mServer (for online communication) or directory access for XML exchange.
  • Pohoda license allowing XML import/export.
