Troubleshooting¶
Lead Does Not Convert¶
Cause: Required fields for target entities missing
Fix:
1. Check required fields on Account and Contact
2. Fill accountName on the lead
3. Try conversion again
Opportunity Missing Account¶
Cause: Account not selected
Fix:
1. Edit the opportunity
2. Select the account in the Account field
3. Save
Contacts Not Visible on Account¶
Cause: Contact not linked
Fix:
1. In account detail open Contacts
2. Click Select
3. Add existing contacts
Kanban Does Not Show All Opportunities¶
Cause: Filters or ignored statuses
Fix:
1. Check active filters
2. Opportunities in Closed Lost are hidden (setting)
3. Adjust kanbanStatusIgnoreList if needed
Workflow Not Working¶
Cause: Misconfiguration or conditions
Fix:
1. Verify the workflow is active
2. Check trigger conditions
3. Review logs in Administration → Scheduled Jobs
