Import Leads¶
From a web form:
- Administration → Integrations → Web-to-Lead
- Generate the form
- Embed on the website
- Leads are created automatically
CSV Import¶
- Go to Leads
- Click Import
- Upload CSV file
- Map fields
- Run import
Email Sync¶
- Administration → Group Email Accounts
- Configure IMAP
- Incoming emails link to contacts
Calendar Integration¶
Meetings and calls sync with:
- Google Calendar
- Microsoft Outlook
- Custom CalDAV server
