Account (Organization) Management

Creating an Account

  1. Go to Accounts
  2. Click Create Account
  3. Fill out the form:

Required fields:

Field Description
Name Company name

Important fields:

Field Description
Type Customer, Partner, Supplier
Company ID Registration number
VAT ID Tax ID
Industry Business area
Website Company website
Billing Address For invoices
Shipping Address For deliveries
  1. Click Save

Account Types

Adding Contacts to an Account

  1. In the account detail open Contacts
  2. Click Select or Create
  3. Set the contact Role in the company
  4. Mark Primary Contact for the main person

Overview in Account Detail

The account detail shows:

  • Contacts – people in the company
  • Opportunities – sales cases
  • Activities – meetings, calls, tasks
  • History – changes and events
