Account (Organization) Management¶
Creating an Account¶
- Go to Accounts
- Click Create Account
- Fill out the form:
Required fields:

Adding Contacts to an Account¶
- In the account detail open Contacts
- Click Select or Create
- Set the contact Role in the company
- Mark Primary Contact for the main person
Overview in Account Detail¶
The account detail shows:
- Contacts – people in the company
- Opportunities – sales cases
- Activities – meetings, calls, tasks
- History – changes and events
