Creating a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Click Create Contact
  3. Fill out the form:

Required fields:

Field Description
Last Name Last name of the person

Important fields:

Field Description
First Name First name
Email Email address
Phone Phone number
Account Assigned company
Position Job title
  1. Click Save

Linking to Multiple Accounts

A contact can be linked to multiple companies:

  1. In the contact detail open Accounts
  2. Click Select
  3. For each account set:
  4. Role – position in the company
  5. Is active – current relationship

Activity Tracking

For a contact you can track:

Activity Description
Meeting Planned/finished meeting
Call Phone call
Task Task related to the contact
Email Email communication
