Creating a Task

  1. In the record detail click + under Tasks
  2. Fill in:
  3. Task name
  4. Due date
  5. Priority
  6. Description
  7. Save and assign

Sending an Email

  1. In the record detail click Send Email
  2. Pick a template or write your own text
  3. Add attachments
  4. Send
