Google Integration Administration¶
This section is for administrators: how to register the app in Google Cloud, configure OAuth2, and verify scheduled jobs.
Admin checklist¶
- Register the app in Google Cloud (Calendar, People, Gmail APIs) and publish the Consent Screen.
- Enter
clientIdandclientSecretunder Admin → Integrations → Google. - Ensure the
SynchronizeEventsWithGoogleCalendarjob is scheduled (/10 min) and Active*. - Share the correct Redirect URI and connection instructions with users.
