Google Integration Administration

This section is for administrators: how to register the app in Google Cloud, configure OAuth2, and verify scheduled jobs.

Admin checklist

  • Register the app in Google Cloud (Calendar, People, Gmail APIs) and publish the Consent Screen.
  • Enter clientId and clientSecret under Admin → Integrations → Google.
  • Ensure the SynchronizeEventsWithGoogleCalendar job is scheduled (/10 min) and Active*.
  • Share the correct Redirect URI and connection instructions with users.
