Quote

The Quote module (Quote) allows you to create a price estimate for a customer. It is the first step in the sales cycle, which can proceed to an Order or directly to an Invoice.

Lifecycle

1. Draft: Preparing the quote.
2. Sent: Sent to the client.
3. Approved: Client accepted the quote -> Conversion to Order/Invoice.
4. Declined: Client rejected the quote.

Key Features

• Valid Until: The date until which the offer is binding.
• Probability: Percentage chance of success (for reporting).
• Conversion: The Create Order or Create Invoice button transfers all items to the target document.
