Automatic Invoicing

The Automatic Invoicing module (AutomaticInvoice) allows generating regular (recurring) invoices.

How it works

1. Set up an Automatic Invoice Template (contains items, prices, interval).
2. Determine the Next Creation Date.
3. Cron job (running in the background every night) checks if date >= today.
4. If yes:
   • New Invoice is created.
   • Next Creation Date is shifted by the chosen interval (e.g., +1 month).
   • (Optional) Invoice is automatically sent via email.

Configuration

• Frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly.
• Mode: Create Draft (manual check required) or Create and Send.
